Our Photography Programs:

Whether you are starting your journey into learning about the art of photography or have been practicing for years, we can guide you in finding the right next step to improving your photography skills!

YEAR-ROUND WORKSHOPS: (ADULTS + TEENS)

Our workshops offer:

  • Lessons to develop technical use of the camera in order to master camera settings.

  • Exercises to develop compositional techniques to strengthen image impact

  • Instruction and feedback from a professional photographer

  • Discussion and collaboration with other attendees.

  • Integration of multiple disciplines for a deeper understanding of photography (i.e. environmental consciousness, social inclusivity, etc.)

  • Special collaborations with local organizations for inspired creativity and opportunities to expand portfolios.

YOUTH SUMMER CAMPS

What you’re signing up for with summer camp:

  • Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • A variety of locations throughout the week for hands-on learning in the field!

  • Daily lessons to develop the technical skills to master using a DSLR camera or mirrorless camera

  • Daily activities to practice compositional techniques to strengthen image impact.

  • Instruction and feedback from a professional photographer

  • Travel to some of the Bay Area’s most incredible locations for photography

  • Writing exercises to develop a personal photography voice and style.

  • Creative prompts to think outside of the frame of the camera.

  • Confidence building through collaboration, presentation, and discussion of photography work throughout the week

  • Development of a personal project + photography portfolio

PRIVATE + SMALL GROUP LESSONS

For local travel, parties, corporate events or one-on-one instruction, these sessions are completely customizable to fit the size of your group, your corporate event or the area of photography you are personally looking to grow in.   Whether you are looking for feedback on improving images already taken or want to find the best place to get that perfect landscape shot, we will work together to accomplish your photography goals!
